By accessing or using the TariffDiff API and website ("Service"), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
TariffDiff provides programmatic access to US tariff rate change data derived from publicly available USITC and Federal Register sources. The Service includes a REST API, webhook delivery, and associated documentation.
You are responsible for safeguarding your API key. Do not share keys or embed them in client-side code. We may revoke keys that appear compromised or are used in violation of these terms.
You agree not to:
Tariff data is provided "as is" without warranty of accuracy or completeness. TariffDiff is not a licensed customs broker and does not provide legal or trade compliance advice. Always verify rates with qualified professionals before making import decisions.
TariffDiff shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service, including but not limited to incorrect duty calculations, missed rate changes, or business losses.
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
